Jupiter Communities Expands Property Management Portfolio in Indiana

Chicago, Illinois (November 29, 2012) - Jupiter Communities, LLC, a national multifamily property management firm, announced today that it added Runaway Bay Apartments, located in Indianapolis, IN, to its property management portfolio. With the addition of Runaway Bay, Jupiter currently manages five properties totaling 713 units in Indiana. Runaway Bay Apartments sits on a 10-acre lake and offers 192 spacious units. The property includes amenities such as a 24 hour fitness center, resort-style pool and heated spa and a clubhouse.

Jupiter's 215 West Announces Winners of Design Contest With Harrington College of Design

215 West, a luxury LEED Certified high-rise apartment tower managed by Jupiter Communities, LLC, has announced the winners of a design contest held in conjunction with the Harrington College of Design, a prestigious design school nearby. Located on Washington Street in the heart of the Chicago Loop, thousands of pedestrians and commuters pass 215 West each week. Based on this, Jupiter asked students in Harrington's Conceptual Sketching for Interior Design course, led by James C. Smith, Adjunct Instructor of Interior Design, to present creative exterior solutions that would capitalize on the area's commuter traffic and create an identity to draw people into 215 West's lobby.

Sophia Square received prestigious awards in three categories: the apartment community's brochure was named Best Brochure (201-450 units), the one-bedroom Paris model was awarded Best Decorated Model (201- 450 units), and the one-bedroom Monaco style was distinguished as Best Floor Plan (Communities 1 -10 years in age) - Under 800 square feet. Keystone Construction Corporation announced today that Sophia Square, a brand-new sustainable luxury apartment community in Carmel, IN, has received its Certificate of Occupancy. Residents began moving in on May 1, 2011, and the on-site leasing center is also now open. Sophia Square is expected to be one of the first new residential buildings in Carmel to receive LEED Silver certification, according to Ersal Ozdemir, CEO of Keystone Construction Corporation.
