Part-time Leasing Consultant

Jupiter Communities is always on the look-out for outgoing, customer service-oriented individuals with a passion for sales and success! As a Jupiter Communities Leasing Consultant, you should possess creativity and enthusiasm coupled with a desire to excel in resident services. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of leasing apartments including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications, preparing leases, explaining the lease agreements, obtaining an acceptable closing ratio, following up with prospects and performing all other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

You should have a strong general knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, and carpentry and be willing to work on-call as needed.

Groundskeeper

Join the Jupiter Communities team as a highly motivated Grounds-Keeper, working to ensure that the property maintains exquisite curb appeal! Daily inspection of the grounds, collection and removal of all trash and debris coupled with landscaping and watering the grounds will be an important part of your professional responsibilities. In addition, you will also assist in cleaning the common areas and removal of trash from vacated apartments. You will maintain the pool and support other team members as necessary.
